self care aesthetics policy

Booking with Self Care Aesthetics means that you agree to the following:

• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required, No deposit = No appointment

• All deposits go towards your service, remaining amount will be paid after your service ( Zelle, Venmo, Exact Cash or Tap)

• If you need to reschedule, please let me know 24hrs before your appointment. Your deposit will then transfer to your new appointment

• Failure to let me know within 24hrs will be considered a cancellation and you will lose your deposit

• All clients are required to complete a Intake and Consent form it will be accessible to you once you book your appointment

Self Care Aesthetics has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
